To provide you with the most accurate astrological consultation, it is essential that you provide your birth information, including your date of birth, birth location, and EXACT time of birth. Please ensure that the birth time you provide is precise, as the quality and accuracy of your consultation are heavily dependent on this information.

I strongly encourage you to verify your birth time using official documentation. Birth certificates are usually the most reliable source for this information. Inaccurate birth times can lead to less precise astrological consultations and interpretations.

By using my services, you acknowledge and agree to provide accurate and verified birth information. I am not responsible for any inaccuracies in your consultation resulting from incorrect birth data provided by you.

I dedicate time to familiarize myself with your astrological chart before we meet. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise, you may be subject to a courtesy fee of up to 50% of your booking price. 

Reminder emails and text messages are sent 48 hours before your appointment, and no-call-no-show clients will forfeit any refunds.

I understand that emergencies happen, so if you need to reschedule for any reason, please inform me as soon as possible by sending an email to taylor@masterkeyastrology.com.

Refunds are available for those who cancel more than 72 hours in advance, minus any fees collected by booking platforms. 

I can still accommodate your consultation if you are late, however it will reduce our scheduled time together. 

I uphold the highest ethical standards for all astrological consultations. Your privacy and trust are paramount. All information shared during our sessions is kept strictly confidential. 

The option to record our consultation is entirely up to you. Whether you choose to record or not, rest assured that your personal details and our discussions will remain private and secure.
