Whenever possible, birth times should be verified through official documentation such as a birth certificate.

An exact birth time is strongly preferred, particularly for predictive consultations and timing analysis. Without accurate birth data, certain techniques and areas of interpretation may be limited or less precise.

If an exact birth time is unavailable, some consultation work may still be possible depending on the circumstances.

Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled consultation time. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours notice may be subject to a courtesy fee of up to 50% of the consultation price.
